Our Programme

The daily programme is highly structured and is designed firstly to help you to recognise and accept the extent of your chemical dependency, and then to develop the skills necessary for your long-term recovery.

Regular individual counselling sessions help you to identify and overcome any underlying personal issues that could interfere with the recovery process.
